Promotions Our “We Care” Program was established a few years ago to show our appreciation to all our tenants. Join our Birthday Party …Once a month, anyone with a birthday in that month will be eligible to participate in our Birthday Party. We simply put all of the names of the tenants having a birthday that month in a hat…and pick one. The lucky winner receives a $ 10.00 rent credit. Pay On Time Program…Tenants that pay their rent on time are eligible to participate in this program. Each month, all of the names of the tenants that paid their rent on time go into a hat…we pick one name…the winner receives a $ 25.00 rent credit. Monthly Contests …From time to time, we come up with some pretty cool ideas…so we turn them into contests so our tenants can have some fun too!! Keep your eyes open for our next surprise contest!!
