Over the past 25 years, we have grown to over 500 units, both residential and commercial, located throughout Rhode Island . Gem Property Management is a family owned and operated business, the same family which owns Gem Plumbing & Heating. We are backed by decades of award winning customer service experience, which began with our Dad back in 1949 when he and our Mom established Gem Plumbing & Heating. Our mission is to provide affordable, comfortable housing at prices you can afford. Our units are spacious, immaculate, and quiet. We take careful consideration when renting to new tenants, to ensure that we match their lifestyles to that of our existing tenants. We offer special incentive programs such as our Tenant Referral Program, Birthday Program, and our Pay On Time Program.
